How to Install Google Play Store

on the DJI Smart Controller

After several failed attempts of trying to install APKs on the DJI Smart Controller I've successfully installed Google Play Store on the DJI Smart Controller. Using these steps you lot can download third party apps from the Play Shop on the Smart Controller without rooting. Stride 1 - Update Your Smart Controller

Apps>Settings>System>System Update

Make sure y'all're running Android 7.1.ii

Note: Brand sure you're signed into the DJI Become App on the Smart Controller.

Navigate to: Apps>Settings>Personal>Factory Reset

This step volition ensure that you don't have whatever APKs already installed that might cause issues.

Note: You will lose all your settings, continued aircrafts and any images/video on the internal hard bulldoze so yous may desire to backup your data from your Smart Controller before doing this step.

Later the Smart Controller has been Factory Reset you must reconnect to your WIFI signal.

Step 5 - Install "Google Installer ii.0"

Navigate to: Apps>File Manager>Downloads

Click on the Google Installer APK file to install it.

Note: If there'south not file there you need to go try to download Google Installer 2.0 over again.

Step vi - Run "Google Installer 2.0"

Navigate to: Apps>Google Installer

This is very important, you'll be prompted to ostend each bundle Google Installer 2.0 installs on your device. When this happens click "Install" then click "Washed" then go back to the Google Installer two.0 app and continue to the next package. You do non want to "Open" any package before they all all done installing. If you practice, you lot may have to outset over!

Footstep 9 - Find Your Device'south GSF Device-ID
